This vine leaf-wrapped goats’ milk cheese is strong, nutty and tangy, in no small part due to being washed in Somerset cider brandy. Pasteurised.
A little tip, the longer you leave this the better it gets. As the good bacteria start to break down the cheese the cheese softens and softens into a glorious spread – delicious!
Serve with Seeded Crackers or Mel Bagel Toasts alongside our Date, Apple and Ginger Chutney.
