Description
A wonderfully comforting centrepiece, our Free Range Boneless Chicken Cushions combine exceptional British poultry with classic, hearty flavours. Carefully prepared using succulent free-range chicken, each cushion is generously filled with a rich sage and caramelised onion stuffing, bringing together sweet, savoury notes with the warmth of traditional herbs.
The chicken is then delicately wrapped and topped with streaky bacon, which crisps beautifully during roasting while naturally basting the meat to keep it tender, juicy and full of flavour.
Weighing approximately 1.4kg, this boneless preparation makes carving effortless and ensures every slice delivers the perfect balance of tender chicken, aromatic stuffing and crisp bacon. It’s an ideal centrepiece for a family roast, relaxed Sunday lunch, or special gathering, offering impressive presentation with minimal preparation required.
Simply roast until golden and serve with Root vegetables and Pomme Chateaux
