From the third-generation Suffolk Yew Tree Farm comes a goose that embodies quality and tradition. Reared free-range to the highest welfare standards, these geese graze on lush pastures, developing tender meat and rich flavour. The same care that has earned their turkeys and chickens awards goes into every bird — making this a truly special choice for a seasonal feast.
Each goose comes in its own presentation box, wrapped in greaseproof paper and finished with a sprig of rosemary. Inside, you’ll find full cooking instructions, a pop-up timer, vacuum-packed giblets, and a little jar of goose fat for basting — everything you need for a perfectly cooked festive centrepiece.

Cooking instructions
Preheat oven to 180C. Place the goose in roasting pan and rub salt into the breast. Cook for 20 mins per kilo plus an additional 30 mins for medium rare. If Well done, please cook for 30 mins per kilo plus 30 minutes extra. Allow the bird to rest by covering in tin foil for 20 minutes. Any juices that escape the bird should be poured into the gravy. Serve with our Pommes Chateaux and Brussels Sprouts.

When dispatched fresh; can be frozen for up to 3 months. When dispatched frozen, please note goose may begin to defrost in transit and shouldn't be re-frozen.
