Ingredients
Fresh Scottish Salmon (85%) (FISH), Tempura flour which contains – (WHEAT flour (GLUTEN) Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Folic acid, Modified WHEAT starch, Raising agents (Calcium carbonate, Diphosphates, Sodium bicarbonate), Emulsifier (Mono diglycerides of fatty acid), Free range EGGs, Rice vinegar which contains – (Rice, Salt & Water), London Ale (SULPHITES, WHEAT flour, (GLUTEN)), Salt & Pepper.
May contain BARLEY(GLUTEN),SOYA, MILK,& CELERY

Cooking instructions
To reheat: If serving hot, remove tempura portions from packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 180C for 3 minutes.
To Microwave: remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Heat on full power for 30 seconds.
Alternatively for an extra crispy batter, the skewers can be deep fried for a minute. (Note: All appliances vary – these are guidelines only – check food is piping hot before serving) Serving: Serve with a chilli or sweet and sour dipping sauce -
Storage & shelf life information
Keep refrigerated. Minimum 7 Days, Unopened
Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
