Our world famous London Cure Smoked Salmon is oak smoked to preserve, rather than flavour, this beautiful fish, which is then hand-sliced by our artisan craftsmen in our East London smokehouse, following methods that we’ve used for over 100 years. We’ve paired this with James Eadie’s Trademark X; a truly superior Scotch that enjoys Lance Forman’s personal seal of approval. Using an ancient blending recipe, this wonderful whisky combines the robust character of a fine single malt with the balance and complexity of a blend. For an extra treat, this gift-set also includes our Smoked Water, so that you can add a touch of dilution without losing the delicious flavor of oak smoke. Cheers!
