If you love salmon, and love truffle, then this is pure gourmet nirvana.
Chef Jurg Munch of Lahaina Grill in Hawaii, formerly of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong, raves about this delicacy he serves as tartare. It’s the prime cut of the salmon, like the fillet steak, infused with black truffles. In our own restaurant, we simply slice it sashimi style, as shown, and accompany with a few leaves.
Expertly smoked and prepared by our artisans at H. Forman & Son Smokehouse in East London.
Available in 200g or 400g portions.
