Enjoy 32-day aged grass fed Aberdeen Angus Fillet Steaks, alongside our chef made tangy Wholegrain Mustard Mash and seasonal Petit Legumes. We have also included a complimentary Red Wine Jus with Field Mushrooms.

Grass Fed 32 day Aged Aberdeen Angus Beef
Wholegrain Mustard Mash:
Red Wine Jus: Red Wine (SULPHITES), Shallots, Veal Stock, Field Mushrooms, Unsalted Butter (MILK), Salt & Pepper
Petit Legumes: Carrots, Turnips, Green Beans, Courgette, Cauliflower, Unsalted Butter (MILK), Parsley, Chives & Seasoning
Artisan Salted Caramel Truffles: Glucose, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Powder, Cocoa Mass, Sweetened Condensed Skimmed MILK, Water, Butter (MILK), Salt, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Natural Flavouring.

Cooking instructions
Fillet Steak: Pan fried for 6-8 minutes
Wholegrain Mustard Mash: Warm in a microwave on full power for 2 minutes
Red Wine Jus: Warm through in a non-stick saucepan over a gentle heat
Petit Legumes: Reheat in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Once hot, drain thoroughly and toss through with the accompanying herb butter and freshly cracked salt and pepper.
