Court Garden Classic Cuvée Brut

Produced on a beautiful south-facing slope in Sussex, Court Garden’s wonderful sparkling wine is distinctly English but produced using the traditional Champagne method of bottle fermenting and long ageing. Crisp but complex, this Classic Cuvée is a wonderful aperitif and the perfect companion to seafood.

Appearance: Pale silver lime-leaf green, with continuous fine bubbles

Palate: Toasty, under-ripe pineapple and greengage fruit behind; Brut-style, balanced with creamy mousse and great freshness, long finish.

Grape varieties: The classic Champagne trio: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier
