Frozen berries and silky hot white chocolate is a match made in heaven, and is a favourite at The Ivy. Save yourself a small fortune and try our silk at home – it’s even got kick of Malibu! The salted caramel sauce is made with smoked sea salt, and utterly sublime.
Both presented in a reusable kilner jar.
White Chocolate Silk
Blanc Satin white chocolate (MILK), sugar, white rum, bourbon vanilla, whipping cream (MILK) & unsalted butter (MILK).
Whipping cream (MILK), castor sugar, unsalted butter, smoked salt.
Allergens in BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS.
Warm in bain marie until pouring consistency. Presented in a reusable kilner jar.
We suggest serving the white chocolate silk drizzled over frozen berries (as pictured), and the caramel sauce pairs perfectly with ice cream or pancakes.
