Part Cooked Sticky Date Pudding: Pitted dates, Bicarbonate of Soda, Gluten Free Flour, Sugar, Margarine, Orange Zest, Black Treacle, Salt

Salted Caramel Sauce: Whipping Cream (MILK), Caster Sugar, Unsalted Butter (MILK), and Smoked Salt

Crushed Pistachio Praline: Pistachios (NUTS), Sugar

Cooking instructions

Pudding- Remove lid, microwave for 60 seconds on medium power then serve.

Sauce- Warm in bain marie until pouring consistency.
