Comfort food at its best. We mince 32-Day Aged Aberdeen Angus Beef by hand and cook it slowly for hours to release stunning meaty aromas. Fresh garden peas are added to the mix, before a gorgeous Sage Derby cheese mash is hand-piped on top. Ready to bake in it’s wooden tray until the top is beautifully golden.
