Unsalted butter (MILK), self-raising flour (GLUTEN), semi skimmed milk (MILK), mature aged cheddar (MILK), free range egg (EGG), chives, cream (MILK), seasoning

Cooking instructions

Microwave on full power for 30 seconds / warm in a fan-assisted oven for 6-8 minutes at 135c.

Once warm, turn out of container and place in a heat proof dish. Warm up the accompanying cream in a saucepan, then spoon over the soufflé along with the grated cheese. Place under a hot grill until golden brown, then serve immediately.

Our Double Baked Soufflé Suissesse is a dish for home chefs. An elegant starter made with matured Cheddar cheese, which now comes with a small pot of seasoned cream and grated cheese to pour over.
