Soft and fluffy, perfect for laying down at a buffet or snacking in between meals. These cheese soufflés have been made under the watchful eye of our top-class chefs so you can guarantee to get a rise out of everyone!
The soufflé pictures has been garnished with a tasty tomato salad, some broccolli, charred onion and a parmesan crisp, a picture perfect starter and ever so simply served!
Unsalted butter (MILK), Self- raising flour (WHEAT) (GLUTEN), semi skimmed milk, mature aged cheddar, free range egg (EGG), chives
bake in a warm oven for 6 -8 minutes at 180c
Chefs tip – once warm, turn out of foil container , place in a heat proof dish. In a saucepan bring to the boil 100ml of whipping cream and allow to thicken slightly, season to taste
Spoon over the souffle and finely grate some cheddar cheese over the top and place under a hot grill until golden brown
