Ingredients

Unsalted butter (MILK), self-raising flour (GLUTEN), semi skimmed milk (MILK), mature aged cheddar (MILK), free range egg (EGG), chives

Cooking instructions

Microwave on full power for 30 seconds / warm in an over for 6-8 minutes at 135c

Chefs tip – once warm, turn out of container , place in a heat proof dish. In a saucepan bring to the boil 100ml of whipping cream and allow to thicken slightly, season to taste

Spoon over the souffle and finely grate some cheddar cheese over the top and place under a hot grill until golden brown
