Cooking instructions

Gently pan fry the steak to your liking and heat the prawns under the grill for 2-3 minutes. Place the lobster butter on top of the steak once steak is cooked and enjoy.

This is top-notch restaurant food for the home, a masterchef twist on the retro classic. Our 32-day aged fillet steak is rolled in powdered air-dried scallop roe and trussed like a classic tournedos of beef, and a very large tiger prawn, with head left on, is covered with a herb crumb. We include a nice pat of lobster butter – butter with chopped lobster meat essentially – to melt over the beef. A couple of minutes cooking and you are eating like a King. Neptune, perhaps.
