    Our still-soft-in-the-middle homemade Scotch eggs have become something of a culinary cult with many imitators but few equals. Our chefs have reimagined the British classic with a collection of truly exceptional handmade Scotch eggs. Each one is crafted with care and the finest ingredients — from our traditional version made with Old Spot sausage meat, rich and full of flavour, to our innovative fish varieties featuring fresh Scottish salmon, sweet lobster meat, and delicate haddock.

    Also new to our range are the Beetroot Falafel Scotch Egg, a vibrant vegetarian twist bursting with earthy sweetness, and the Quail’s Scotch Egg — a refined, bite-sized delicacy with a perfectly soft centre. Each one a delicious expression of tradition, innovation, and the unmistakable Forman & Field touch.

    We recommend you warm them in a preheated oven to bring out the full flavours. Don’t worry, if you follow our instructions the yolk will stay seductively runny.

    Serve with Truffle Hunter Mayonnaise or Ketchup.

    Take out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving. If you’d like to serve warm, simply heat in a 160C oven for 4-5 minutes.
