    These beautiful fish are sent directly to us, straight from the River Tweed; the most celebrated of salmon and sea-trout fishing rivers in Britain. With just one fisherman now permitted to fish on the Tweed, we are the only supplier in the world able to offer this exquisite delicacy.

    By popular demand, we are now offering these chilled wild sea-trout portions, which are ready to pan-fry, grill or bake.
