Description
Fondant Potatoes are a very cheffy delicacy, quite tricky to prepare at home. Essentially our chefs cut waxy potatoes – whichever variety is best at the time of cooking – into cylindrical shapes and bake them in unsalted butter at a low temperature for hours, with garlic and thyme, until they cut like butter and taste unbelievably good. Stunning.

Ingredients
Unsalted butter (MILK), Potatoes (22%), Garlic, Thyme, Rosemary, Salt & Pepper

Cooking instructions
Melt the two packs of Unsalted butter, place the fondants into a small oven proof pan and once butter is melted pour over the potatoes and place in a warm pre heated oven – 170c / 180c – gas mark 4
Every 5 minutes remove the pan and baste the potatoes with butter, ready to serve in approx. 20 minutes
Please be advised that there is variation for each oven, additional cooking time may be required in some cases
