Its hard to improve on a classic but with lighter, airier panettone, a little warming marsala and a blossom honey glaze this homely pudding is transformed. Panettone (WHEAT), Unsalted Butter (MILK), Free range EGG, whipping cream (MILK), brown sugar, milk (MILK), Marsala wine (SULPHITES), mixed peel, cranberries, glace cherries, vanilla and honey

Cooking instructions
Preheat oven to 200 C. Remove outer packaging and place in the centre of the oven for 10-15 minutes. Dust with icing sugar while still warm and serve with creme anglaise.
