Christmas Panettone & Butter Pudding
Bread and butter pudding gets a modern makeover. Its hard to improve on a classic but with lighter, airier panettone, a little warming marsala and a blossom honey glaze this homely pudding is transformed. Do try, perhaps with a glass of English dessert wine.
The large pudding comes in a china pudding dish. The smaller one is in a wooden baking basket. A delicious dish all year round.
Preheat oven to 200 C. Remove outer packaging and place in the centre of the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar while still warm and serve with creme anglaise.
