Homemade brandy sauce made with milk, cognac and cream, essential for Christmas pudding and jolly nice on warmed mince pies. Our chefs take great pride in getting the consistency as smooth as silk. We also use Bourbon vanilla seeds straight from the pod, as with our Crème Anglaise.
Serve with our Christmas Pudding, Mince Pies or Christmas Panettone & Butter Pudding.
