Homemade brandy sauce made with milk, cognac and cream, essential for Christmas pudding and jolly nice on warmed mince pies. Our chefs take great pride in getting the consistency as smooth as silk. We also use Bourbon vanilla seeds straight from the pod, as with our Crème Anglaise.
Semi-skimmed MILK, Free Range EGGS, Castor Sugar, Brandy, cream and Bourbon vanilla.
Allergens in BOLD
Either serve cold or heat gently in a bowl over simmering water, do not allow to boil.
Serve over our Christmas Puddings or with warm mince pies.
