    We marinade our ridiculously fresh Grade One salmon in a homemade teriyaki sauce, then sear it to caramelise the edges. All you have to do is reheat for a couple of minutes and serve with mirin soya dipping sauce. Your guests will love them.

    Fresh Scottish Salmon (FISH), Honey, SESAME seed oil , teriyaki sauce (SOYA, WHEAT, GLUTEN), soy sauce (SOYA) , salt.

    Mirin dipping sauce – SOYA Sauce which contains(water, SOYBEANS, salt & spirit vinegar), Mirin sauce(30%) which contains(glucose syrup, water, spirit vinegar, fermented rice alcohol(water, rice alcohol, salt & rice malt), sugar, acidity regulator(citric acid & cane molasses) & Ultratex.

  • Cooking instructions

    At home, simply finish in the oven for 2 or 3 minutes in a 200c oven and serve with the mirin soya dipping sauce.
