Party food at its best. We marinade bitesize chunks of sablefish (black cod) in a miso glaze and part cook them. All you need to do is bake for a few minutes to caramelise, and serve with the miso dipping sauce provided. Stylish canapés that your guests will love.

Black Cod(FISH)(98%), Miso sauce(100%) – which contains – Sake – (Water, Rice, Rice koji & distilled alcohol), Miso Shiro, – (Water, Soybeans(SOYA), Rice, salt & Ethy alcohol), Mirin- (Glucose syrup, water, Spirit vinegar, fermented rice extract(Water, Rice, Alcohol, Salt & Rice malt), Sugar, Acidity regulator, Citric acid & Cane Molasses) & Demerara sugar.

Part cooked. Cook for 8 minutes in a 200c oven Warning – there may be small bones present but every effort has been taken to remove them
