Description
Our new take on Taramasalata, is much lighter and silky smooth, made with Grade A cod’s roe, which we smoke ourselves. We combine it with lemon juice, Dijon mustard and garlic for the perfect balance of flavour.
You might notice it looks quite different to the one you’ll find in supermarkets. That’s because we don’t add any artificial colouring, so it’s pale, not bright in colour.
Presented in a re-usable kilner jar.
