Description
These are amazing. Little balls of joy. We cook the ox cheek very slowly until it is as tender as can be, then ‘pull’ the meat and roll it into two-bite sized balls, before dusting in panko breadcrumbs and deep frying. All you have to do is warm them up and serve. Ideal canapés, or a wonderful starter. They really do melt in the mouth like a chocolate bonbon.

Heat in oven at 175/180c for 15 minutes until hot
