Our chefs mix beautiful fresh Grade One salmon with dill and onions, before adding breadcrumbs to bind and forming into patties. Grill on the barbecue or fry as you would a regular beefburger, then pop in a toasted bun with a smear of our Truffle Mayo. A delicious twist on a BBQ staple.
