Cooking instructions

Shallow fry, Grill or BBQ for approximately 5 minutes  on each side until golden brown

Our chefs mix beautiful fresh Grade One salmon with fresh dill and onions, before adding breadcrumbs to bind and forming into patties. Grill on the barbecue or fry as you would a regular beefburger, then pop in a toasted bun with a smear of our Truffle Mayo. A delicious twist on a BBQ staple.
