We love this classic ‘leftovers’ dish with lamb but you could serve it with eggs and bacon, ham, whatever you fancy. We make it with potato and cabbage, a bit of carrot and onion and some parsley. You just fry it up.

We recommend to serve with Hepburn’s Bacon or Marmalade Glazed Alderton Ham.
