In our restaurant we often serve this classic ‘leftovers’ dish with lamb but you could serve it with eggs and bacon, ham, whatever you fancy. We make it with potato and cabbage, a bit of carrot and onion and some parsley. You just fry it up.
Carrot, onion, parsely, olive oil, cream, unsalted butter (MILK) and seasoning.

Reheat in hot pan on medium heat until hot (recommended cooking time 8 minutes).
