Salmon Carving Masterclass

Our masterclasses are led by Guinness World Record holder Darren Matson and make the perfect gift or indulgence for any smoked salmon lover. Book as an upgrade to our popular Smokehouse Tour or enjoy it as a luxury experience in its own right. Vouchers are also available, allowing recipients to choose a date that suits them — a truly thoughtful present. Please note: spaces on public tour days fill quickly.

Optional upgrade:

Recreate the experience at home with the same tools used by our artisans — a beautiful hardwood carving board, a specialist Granton smoked salmon knife, and professional stainless steel salmon tweezers. (*Please note: bookings for two receive one carving kit.)

The classes are available Monday – Friday, please note that masterclasses are not available during the month of December. Maximum three people per class.
