What’s a flamiche? Well it’s an even more scrumptious quiche made by Lloyd Hardwick and his team with free range egg yolks (no whites) and cream. The taste is richer and creamier. Absolutely delicious.

 

You get six flamiches in all; two London Cure Smoked Salmon & Leek, two Spinach and Ricotta (V) and two classic Lorraines.
