Bolney Estate Pinot Gris 2018

From the Bolney Estate in Sussex. This is a medium-bodied and smooth white. Big notes of fresh pear along with citrus and honeysuckle. Ends with a fresh finish and a subtle grassy flavour. Complements shellfish and fresh fish – try pairing with a slice of our royal fillet.
