Haggis [Lamb Offal(58.9%) Oatmeal(CEREALS), Onions, Beef Suet, Salt & Pepper

Cooking instructions
Although your Haggis is cooked. Serve piping hot, ensure fully defrosted if still frozen.
Oven heating – Remove printed packaging. Wrap the haggis in foil, place in an oven-proof dish with about 2cm of water and heat at 180ºC (gas mark 4) for 40 minutes. Remove casing and clips before serving.
Microwave heating – 9min (800W Category E) Remove printed packaging, casing and clips. Crumble into pieces and cover in a microwavable dish. Heat for approximately 5-6 minutes until Piping hot.
Please be advised that there is variation for each oven/microwave, additional cooking time may be required in some cases.
