This happy union of two East End traditions; a Brick Lane bagel with lashings of chivey, lemony cream cheese and our famous London Cure Smoked Salmon, is as authentic as it gets. All it lacks is the sound of Bow Bells. Perfect for a weekend brunch or boardroom meeting.

We were pleased to see Prince William & Kate helping to make some bagels at our producer’s bakery recently (pictured). They know which side their bread is buttered!
