Cooking instructions

Pre-heat oven to 200c, flash duck for 8-12 minutes and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Duck is semi seared.

Decant sauce into a pan, warm gently and allow to come to simmer.

Please be advised that there is variation for each oven, additional cooking time may be required in some cases

Keep refrigerated, minimum 8 days unopened Duck can be frozen for up to 3 months
