Ingredients
Free Range Duck Breast, Orange Zest, Thyme, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper
Sauce: Veal Stock (Veal Bones, Pig Trotters, Onions, Carrots, Leeks, Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic), Orange Juice, Orange Zest, Sherry Vinegar (SULHPITES), Grand Marnier, Caster Sugar, Salt & Pepper

Cooking instructions
Pre-heat oven to 200c, flash duck for 8-12 minutes and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Duck is semi seared.
Decant sauce into a pan, warm gently and allow to come to simmer.
Please be advised that there is variation for each oven, additional cooking time may be required in some cases
