Ozeki dry (Rice, Koji, Yeast, & Brewers Alcohol water), Soya bean paste (Water, SOYBEANS, Rice & salt), Mirin (Glucose, Fermented rice extract (water, rice, alcohol & salt), Sugar, Spirit vinegar, Acidity regulator, Phosphoric acid & Cane molasses) & Demerara sugar. Contains SOY and GLUTEN
Ready to serve. Brush some of this glaze onto your dish in the oven just before it has completed cooking. Alternatively, the glaze can act as a delicious dip.
