Cooking instructions

Ready to serve. Brush some of this glaze onto your dish in the oven just before it has completed cooking. Alternatively, the glaze can act as a delicious dip.

Our miso glaze is prepared in the Forman’s kitchen using the finest miso, sake, demerara sugar and a dash of mirin.
