    Ozeki dry (Rice, Koji, Yeast, & Brewers Alcohol water), Soya bean paste (Water, SOYBEANS, Rice & salt), Mirin (Glucose, Fermented rice extract (water, rice, alcohol & salt), Sugar, Spirit vinegar, Acidity regulator, Phosphoric acid & Cane molasses) & Demerara sugar.
