A sumptuous terrine of smoked and fresh salmon with a rich seam of succulent langoustine, made by our own chefs to order.
Simply serve in slices with a few foraged herbs and Mel Bagel Toasts for a starter worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Pair with a glass of Lyme Bay Shoreline.

Carefully run a knife around the edges of the terrine to loosen and turn upside down on a chopping board to remove. Serve in finger-thick slices with a few foraged herbs.
