Veganism is on the rise, but it just doesn’t seem fair to us that those who eat plant-based should miss out on the joys of Forman’s Smoked Salmon. Well, now they don’t have to!

Our chefs have been working day and night to develop a vegan friendly smoked salmon, made entirely from plants. The ‘salmon’ is actually made from carrot (yes, carrot!), which is marinated in seaweed and a touch of paprika to create the subtle fishy, smoky undertones.

Try it in a bagel with lashings of vegan cream cheese, and you’re in for a real treat. Or stuck for a vegan starter? Mix this in with a tasty salad for a venerable vegan appetiser.
