Description
If you’ve got a hankering for something smoky and salty, sometimes only a kipper will do. There’s something about the savoury flavours of a herring that warms the cockles of the heart. Ours are free of artificial colourings and are available on or off the bone, whatever you fancy.
We recommend serving our kippers with thick brown bread and lots of butter.

Herring (FISH), Salt and Oak Smoke

Cooking instructions
Can be pan-fried with butter on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes or can be oven baked at 175C for 8-10 minutes.

Keep refrigerated. Kippers will last minimum of 14 days unopened.
