Cooking instructions

Can be pan-fried with butter on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes or can be oven baked at 175C for 8-10 minutes.

Keep refrigerated. Kippers will last minimum of 5 Days unopened. Freezable for up to 3 months

Sometimes only a kipper will do. There’s something about those smoky, savoury herring flavours that warms the cockles of your heart.  Ours are the real deal, free of artificial colourings, on or off the bone. Serve with best brown bread and lots of butter.
