“Authentic”, “smooth”, “excellent taverna flavour”. The FT waxed lyrical about our taramasalata in a taste test it won handsomely. That’s because we make it with Grade A cod’s roe which we smoke ourselves before adding mascarpone, garlic, yogurt, lemon juice and seasoning. It’s pale, not bright pink, because we don’t add artificial colouring.
