Syrup Sponge Puddings
A classic syrup sponge that cooks in its own tin of syrup. Genius. We serve these in our restaurant and diners go crazy for them. Great fun.
Ingredients
PLUM, GINGER & TREACLE
Self-Raising Flour (WHEAT), Free Range EGGS, Butter (MILK), Ginger, Sugar, Black Treacle, Plums.

Contains GLUTEN
Cooking Instructions
Instructions:
Remove from bag, take off the lid and ensure the tins are brought come up to room temperature before placing oven.
Cook for 35-40 minutes at an oven preheated to 175 C.
(This is based on a fan assisted oven.)
WARNING: The tin will be hot when it is removed from the oven, take care.
