A semi-hard, multi award-winning Ewe’s milk cheese, made using artisan methods at White Lake Dairy, Somerset. Warm, nutty, with a subtle sweetness, encased in a distinctive terracotta rind with the odd spot of natural mould. Pairs beautifully with delicate white wines and our Figs in Vine.
