Ingredients

Sea Salt Organic Milk Chocolate Thins (40% min cocoa solids, 18% min milk solids.) Ingredients: Cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, Anglesey Sea Salt PDO (0.5%), emulsifier: SOYA lecithin

Mint Organic Dark Chocolate Thins (65% min cocoa solids) Ingredients: Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, peppermint leaf (1.0%), emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), peppermint essential oil (trace.)

May also contain traces of milk, nuts, eggs, gluten, lupin and sulphur dioxide as these products are handled in Rococo’s factory.

Sea Salt Organic Milk Chocolate Thins

The inspiration for these Sea Salt Milk Chocolate Wafer Thins came from a walk on the beach, when Rococo’s founder ate an ice cream which mingled with the salt on her lips. The lingering salty-sweet taste in a thin chocolate disc is incredibly moreish.

Mint Organic Dark Chocolate Thins

The classic after-dinner mint, elevated. These wafer-thin discs of organic dark chocolate are flavoured with cool, clean peppermint essential oil. Rococo’s 65% cocoa organic chocolate blend uses cocoa beans from their own farm in northern Grenada and a little extra cocoa butter for a silky texture.
