A Sticky Ginger Cake, the perfect companion to our Creme Anglais:

Our Sticky Ginger cake is simply bursting with flavour thanks to being packed full of spices & treacle, delicately topped with a lightly fluffed icing.

Made with all the finest ingredients including English butter, local free range eggs, black treacle and spices.

A Lemon Drizzle Cake:

Definitely a treat from our childhood and a firm favourite with all ages. We use lemon zest and drizzle freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar into the cake. It can be a little messy to eat.

or, of course, Mrs Gill’s Almond Cake, a long standard favourite of ours with a nice wodge of marzipan in the middle.

Each pack comes with 4 large slices, 1 of each flavour; a guaranteed tummy filler for dessert.
