Cooking instructions

Preheat oven to 200C.

Rub the quails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, adding a dash of stock or wine half way through cooking if you like.

Remove from the oven, cover with tin foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

3 days Dispatched frozen. If defrosted in transit, do not refreeze.
