Cooking instructions

Pan-fry on high heat until golden brown (10-15 minutes) or oven grill at 180C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Made by Hepburn’s of Shenfield, we offer you classic Cumberland sausages; Guildsman’s meaty sausages, perfect for breakfast or great in sandwiches; Olde English, perfect for classic bangers and mash sausages; and Hot Dogs – the pork is salted and spiced with marjoram and pepper before hot-smoking over beech.

Serve with Truffle Hunter Ketchup or our Classic Cumberland Sauce with Marvellous Mash.
