This fantastic new fridge cake is made with ginger biscuits, dates, popcorn and golden syrup covered in a dark chocolate ganache infused with orange liqueur. A little goes a long way, but you won’t be able to hold back! Cut a small chunk and serve after dinner with coffee. Scrumptious.
