Fresh salmon (FISH), Onions, Fresh dill, Lemon juice, Natural breadcrumbs (GLUTEN), Salt & Pepper.

Slaw: fennel, cabbage, red onion, parsley, mayo, (EGGS), crème fraiche (DAIRY), lemon juice,  seasoning

Keep refrigerated. min 5 days unopened Up to 3 months. Slaw is not freezable.

Our chefs mix beautiful fresh Grade One salmon with dill and onions, before adding breadcrumbs to bind and forming into patties. Grill on the barbecue or fry as you would a regular beefburger, then pop in a toasted bun with a smear of our Truffle Mayo. Serve alongside our chef’s refreshing slaw of fennel, red onion and cabbage with a hint of lemon & parsley. A delicious twist on a BBQ staple.
