Emmett’s Suffolk Black Ham
Emmett’s of Peasenhall have a worldwide reputation for ham. They’ve been making this signature black ham since 1820. Each ham take approximately 10 weeks to make by hand with all the curing, marinating (in Nethergate Suffolk porter beer), hot-smoking, maturing and cooking. The result is a ham with immense depth of flavour and a slightly coarser texture than the Alderton Ham.
NB: Our hams in for Christmas 2018 will have a shelf life until 09.01.2019 when kept unopened and refrigerated
