An exquisite steak, cut through the bone for maximum flavour, featuring two of the most prized cuts of beef: the tender fillet and juicy sirloin. Dry-ageing the beef breaks down the muscle fibres and tissues, which results in a perfectly tender steak. Free-range and grass-fed, as always.

Serve with Dauphinoise Potatoes and Black Truffle Butter or Shaved Black Truffle Mash.
