Christmas Panettone & Butter Pudding
Bread and butter pudding gets a modern makeover. Its hard to improve on a classic but with lighter, airier panettone, a little warming marsala and a blossom honey glaze this homely pudding is transformed. Do try, perhaps with a glass of English dessert wine.
The large pudding comes in a china pudding dish. The smaller one is in a wooden baking basket. A delicious dish all year round.
Panettone (WHEAT), Unsalted Butter (MILK), Free range EGG, whipped cream (MILK), castor sugar, masala (SULPHITES), mixed peel, cranberries, orange, glace cherries, honey, bourbon vanilla

Preheat oven to 200 C. Remove outer packaging and place in the centre of the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar while still warm and serve with creme anglaise.
