We’re thrilled to introduce the first ever Forman & Field chocolate collection made by pastry chef Sarah Mountain. We have two distinct collections: ‘Forman’ and ‘Field’. Forman is a nuttier and Field fruitier, both with six flavours in each collection, available in boxes of 12 with two chocolates of each flavour. Order two boxes and try them all, they’re sensational!
Forman Selection includes
- Baileys & Salted Caramel– Sarah’s signature sea salt caramel layered with a milk chocolate & Baileys ganache, finished in a sparkling gold milk chocolate shell
- Hazelnut Gianduja– Caramelised hazelnut praline ganache finished in a milk chocolate shell
- Oreo Cookie & Peppermint– White chocolate & peppermint ganache with oreo cookie crumbs finished in a dark chocolate shell
- Peanut Praline– Crunchy peanut butter ganache with roasted salted peanuts, finished in a golden milk chocolate shell
- Milk Chocolate Earl Grey– Earl grey tea ganache with a touch of lemon, finished in a milk chocolate shell
- Passion Fruit & Ginger– Fresh ginger & passion fruit infused in a milk chocolate ganache finished in a dark chocolate shell

- Basil & Lemon– Fresh basil & Lemon ganache, finished in a white chocolate & green shell
- Strawberries & Cream– Silky smooth strawberry ganache finished with fresh vanilla in a white chocolate & red shell
