Banana Bread: Bananas, Self-Raising Flour (WHEAT, GLUTEN), Soft Brown Sugar, Unsalted Butter (MILK), Free Range EGGS, Clear Honey

Brownie: Free range EGGS, Unsalted butter (MILK), Castor sugar, Icing sugar, Bourbon Vanilla, Ground almonds (NUTS), Walnuts (NUTS) & Dark chocolate 55% (MILK)

Cooking instructions

Banana Bread: Cook from Frozen at 145 Celsius (fan oven) for 1 hour in the oven (or 55 mins if you have defrosted overnight). Then remove from oven, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with brown sugar, both supplied, and return to oven for a further 15 minutes. Brownie: Cook from Frozen at 140 Celsius for 1 Hour. If you have defrosted over night, cook at 140 Celsius for  45 – 50 mins
