Cooking instructions

Cook the steaks from room temperature over a high heat, for a few minutes on each side, depending on how well done you like your steak. Allow to rest for at least three minutes for a perfectly juicy steak.

Keep refrigerated. min 5 days unopened Not suitable for home freezing.

Two hand-cut, finest quality sirloin steaks. Ageing the meat for 32 days imparts a fantastic, beefy flavour. Make sure you rest the steak after cooking for a perfectly tender result.
