Welsh Beef Steaks

These steaks are wonderfully tender and full of the true flavour of well hung, glorious Welsh beef. The Sirloin Steaks received 4 stars in The Times Taste Test in March 2007, who said "You get a good fat content, and an almost buttery background flavour. There's a coarse grain to the meat, but it's not tough at all."
